Service Level Agreement
We disagree with the terms of most Service Level Agreements. They promise compensation for uptime issues, but then exempt a list of downtime causes so vast that almost no downtime actually qualifies for compensation.
We do not wish to insult your intelligence, so our promise is simple. We want your service to run as smoothly as possible, and we will do our absolute best to ensure that this is always the case. If there is a problem, we will rectify it absolutely as soon as possible.
